The product seems pretty decent, however it arrived with a small chip out of the plating. After some correspondence, the resolution process appears to have stalled. After confirming my address as requested, there have been no further updates and it’s been over a week since I sent the last reply email to them. This makes me somewhat hesitant to recommend the brand to anyone else, as they seem to have just disappeared when I came to them with an issue (and not a massive issue at that).

Received order quickly and when I had an issue with one of the products they were quick to replace it.

Super easy ordering and fast delivery

Wrong flask received. Sent it back. Replacement didn't turn up, despite tracking indicating the return had been received by JB three weeks earlier. It arrived only after I chased it up. No refund of the return shipping costs, I also had to chase that up, only then was the fee refunded. All in all took about two months and several emails to get what I paid for. The flask is quite nice, but very tedious process.

There was a problem with the flask delivered to me. It was damaged. I contacted the company. Excellent follow up from Alvin. The company reviewed my concerns and sent a replacement.
