I emailed after purchasing to get a tax receipt, after 2 weeks I still have not received it. I email again to ask and haven’t even heard back. Can’t call to speak to someone directly, not happy

I feel the attention to detail on the cleanliness of the product I purchased was severely lacking, it was covered in some black substance that I had to clean before gifting my friend his 18th birthday present. For this I feel the price did not match the quality I was expecting or achieve a standard such a large company should uphold
