Very happy, I love the bedhead. The shipping was very fast I was really pleased.

Good service. Had to wait about 6 weeks between order and delivery but it actually arrived much before initially promised.

Whether you are on line, or on the phone, with James Lane staff, you'll get great service. wouldn't know about in store, as haven't needed to physically go in, but Im sure it would be the same. The delivery staff are excellent too. All in all, such a great company to deal with. Products are amazing too, and great quality.
