Lounge is great, delivery men marked up the walls moving the pieces upstairs.

I bought three lamps through click and collect, and upon opening them, found they were all damaged. The quality was poor considering the price I paid. I had to complete an online form to request a refund, but after I was contacted, I wasn't even offered a refund initially for the faulty items. I then had to drive to a store to return them, and the refund couldn't be processed in-store, and I'm still waiting for confirmation. There has been no acknowledgment or apology from their side, and a lack of clarity and communication about the process. At no point has this process felt customer-focused and I expected a far more seamless and supportive resolution for something that clearly wasn't my fault. This will be my first and last purchase from James Lane.

I love these beds. I have bought 6 of them so far, 2 singles, 3 queens and a double. They are made from very attractive solid pine timber, with everything supplied for straightforward assembly. Also reasonably priced, especially when purchased during the sales! I would definitely recommend.
