I ordered a shower kit over the phone. Great customer service. Shipping was quick and the kit was complete. Installation went relatively smooth considering I had never done this type of work before. The shower curb I ordered was the wrong size but no questions asked, they refunded the cost. I fabricated a curb myself that worked just as well. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks true gaurd!

Everything worked as advertised. The shower pan was very easy to use along with the shower curb. A little bit of a learning curve to install the membrane, especially on the ceiling. But all in all so far very pleased. I'll be setting tile next week. Took photos along the way.

Install process went fairly easy. With the videos and instructions there wasn't a problem. Took little longer than expected, but it was mainly caused by me taking my time to make sure I was doing everything right. The only issue was that my customer changed trim color on the drain and I had to order and whole other system and not just a replacement trim. Other than that I am very pleased and will definitely be using Trugard products again

The product if wonderful and just as described. My packages delivered in full as well as 2 days sooner than my salesman told me they would. He was very prompt on answer any of my questions. I highly recommend using Tru-guard and I will most certainly be ordering again.

This was my first experience with the Tru-Gard line drain. Installation was easy and makes the shower look very nice.

Haven't installed my Tru-Gard shower system yet, but the linear drain appears to be well made and the products were delivered quickly. The friendly and detailed advice provided were very helpful in getting me started on preparing the shower for the Tru-Gard system. I'll send a photo when i'm done. Thanks!

The Gentleman I spoke to was very helpful with my order, Just disappointed that I order a 48in and received a 42in linear drain.

It is a good product. Took a while to get a good wiping motion down to get all the pockets of air out. I like the looks and the likely hood of no leaks in the future.

I am sure your product is great for experienced renovators. I am somewhat a jack of all trades, so there isn't anything I can't tackle. But it seems that using this overlay doesn't give the walls a true even and completely flat surface. Even after pushing the air and additional mortar out. Also, the amount of sealant provided really isn't enough. I On a positive note it is doing the job on waterproofing.

I am delighted. My 1978, no-moisture-barrier-in-the-walls-or-shower-pan, whose-sheetrock-is-crumbling-under-the-tile-and-over-the-rotted-wood-framing, shower literally scared the wits out of me. The clarity and detail of the Tru-line web site, installation videos, installation instructions and especially the illustrations in the instructions changed all that. I knew what I needed, what to order, and how I would use/install it. Shipping was free and fast, arriving early on the estimated delivery day. All items were there and in perfect condition. The Line drain, membrane, corners and seals are world class quality products. The only down side is that since this is working so well, my wife says don't just redo the shower, remodel the whole bathroom. The best thing is the quality of product I got. The second best thing is that what I'm saying in this review could be considered a "paid" testimonial because I have between $800 and $1000 still in my pocket that I would not have if I had purchased the "S K" competitor's equivalent system. And, their illustrations are scaled so small you can't see what you need to. Keep it up Tru-Gard; world class quality at a common man's price. That is my experience here. I would highly recommend it to my friends. My enemies I'll send to the competitor.

this product is without a doubt a great line of waterproofing systems. Very good price and very easy to install!
