I purchased a pre-slopped shower pan from Trugard. Came in great condition and on time. Everything was perfect until it came time for a refund. Had emailed them and called them twice before getting an answer. once I did hear back via email they explained my email got lost in their spam mail which I understood at first. They explained everything I would need to do in order to ship it back, I then asked about a return label they then said they could send one or I could make one. I asked them to send one via email and I would print it out. Needless to say it has been two weeks and I am still not hearing back from them, they have waited to the point where it is no longer refundable. I have emailed twice since this and still no answer. Quality of product and shipping was perfect as I stated but their costumer service is absolutely horrible!!!!

I just finished my second shower using the Trugard kit, prior to using I had no experience with tiled shower floors, but now I am very comfortable with it and have lots of new design ideas brewing.... I am about to start my first curbless shower project using the one-slope and a linear drain, very excited to see how it comes out.

I have to admit I was a bit concerned when I started my bathroom remodel. While I have some experience at home projects, I have not attacked a job that would require being very precise to withstand daily use under water. Trugard to the rescue! This product made the remodel easy, waterproof and inexpensive. I would highly recommend this product for both the novice and expert alike. Thanks Trugard!

this is a great product. definitely recommend it to be used behind any tile that might have a chance of leaking. easy to put on. The tube sealant is also a great Item to use to seal all joints.

So far so good. Installation has been a learning experience. All we have to do now is grout. We love this concept of this product. We would have like to have seen more video & written tutorials for beginners. We would recommend the system. We are going to do a second bath soon.
