I had an issue with a product and contacted the company to see if possible they had a replacement part because i still loved the gauge so much. Not only did they contact me back quickly, but were very helpful and replaced the part, for free, even past the warranty i had on the item! Quickly as well! I'd highly recommend this company not only for their Customer Service but the quality of their products. This is my second gauge that i have for work and for home use. Doesn't get better than these!
