While the addition of hearing aids have helped, I had problems finding the right sized dome for my left unit. I fell out a couiple of times. Getting the sports lock has helped, but the left hearing aid doesn't seem to work as wella s the right.
I would not settle for anything less than Resound hearing aids to replace the Resound hearing aids I had for 8 years. Fortunately I found Jabra who carries Resound hearing aids at less than half the cost quoted by my old clinic. The hearing aids are top of the line and the customer service is far better than my old clinic.

Not only are these hearing aides great, the support team behind them is phenomenal!! The price was good, certainly not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I took a hearing test at the time of purchase. Due to some of the answers I provided I actually had a person CALL me to make sure they understood what I needed!! I was floored! When the hearing aides arrived, they were set up and ready to go!! They were perfect right out of the box. What a difference in my life. I can hear again!! I struggled at work and home, it's just remarkable to be able to hear!! I also want to mention for the ladies out there...I was a little embarrassed about needing the hearing aides and was worried about them showing when my hair was up, they are not noticeable at all!! I bought a pair that was close to my hair color and they go unnoticed!!! I absolutely love these hearing aides!!! AND the support team is out of this world!! I am just so impressed, I can't say enough about how remarkable this experience has been!!!
Brand new to the hearing aid game, so far Im pretty happy with the results.
I can hear better, but get quite a bit of static and my right hearing aid wire pulls out of my ear multiple time a day. I expect to send for a refund after trying them a little longer.
The Jabra Enhance are a great value OTC option, specially for the support the company provides. The reason I still would not give them a 5 stars is because my hearing aids did not come preprogrammed from the factory, and after almost 2 months, I am still having problems adjusting both the hearing quality and comfort fit. Other than this, they are a great option and product when compared to the cost of prescribed hearing aids, and OTC competitors.

I love these hearing aids. The are at least 100% better than my old hearing aids. I really like making adjustments to my hearing aids with my phone. It was very easy to set up he hearing aids and they are simple to make adjustments. Love my Jabras!
Every thing I expected and more
My new Jabra enhance hearing aids are doing pretty well. I think all of us that have hearing loss hope we can get perfect hearing after we get hearing aids. Well that’s not the case and don’t expect it or you’ll be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong they have help me a lot I would say after my last adjustment, they are comparable to the ones I had first which cost twice as much. I’m very happy with being able to talk on the phone and listen to streaming services like you tube through my aids. So far I like the rechargeable batteries and the charging station. Overall I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. If you’re in the market, I would say that they are a very good buy. Thank you Scott Walker
Not much different then what I had already.
From the moment I first wore them I was able to clearly hear again. I played with the settings and found something that worked in just about all situations. I had the Jabra team make the adjustments and things are working perfectly! I should have done this earlier.
Overall a great unit and my hearing has definitely improved. Customer service is excellent and better than I anticipated
Hearing aids are expensive and if you’re not sure where to start and don’t want to waste time in a Dr.’s office and money on features that you don’t really need - then Jabra us the way to go. Mine work well for me and the folks behind it are responsive and know what to do.
They listen to you, understand your issues, and due a good job of responding to solve issues.

They don't help a ton. But the customer service is great
I had poor reliability with a audiologist-prescribed hearing aid set, then an OTC which gave a high-pitched annoying whistle. The Jabra is excellent, and the controls on iPhone to increase speech clarity and/or reduce noise very useful. Also, staff are courteous and very helpful.
So far so good. so far best that I have had. good customer service Hard to get through on phone for help. way to much on hold time.
