My hearing aids have never worked well enough to wear. Service has been bad, even agreeing to call at set times and not calling. I suggested I return for money back and company said they could get hearing aids to work, I believe doing so in order to argue that they should keep my money. Really disappointing company.
I probably would never rate a hearing add a 5 but this is close. I keep discovering functionality that Id d not expect in combination with my apple phone. The service is excellent, and I can definitely hear better. Very good overall.
I noticed a difference right away with my hearing. I was able to use the app on my phone to set the hearing aids to whatever situation I am in at the time. They took a few weeks to get used to, to let my brain capture all the sounds and process what I haven't been hearing for I don't even know how long.

I have found the hearing aids to function very well in many different hearing situations. The support Care Team is very helpful in customizing my hearing aids to perform in my hearing needs. Great customer support.
Exceeds my expectations! I was somewhat skeptical purchasing hearing aids and I did a lot of research before selecting Jabra. Overall, the experience has been OUTSTANDING! My audio rep, Bob Milo, has been phenomenal! If you're looking to purchase hearing aids without spending an arm and a leg, I highly recommend Jabra! Keep up the great work!

I do not even know I have them in. Volume easy to adjust. Great purchase!

I love the fit and the quality of hearing. Paired up with my phone makes setting it up and changing the settings easy.
Trying to find out if Jabra Enhance suppress very loud sounds, such as gunfire or rock music.
I don't think the technology is quite there yet. Maybe it's a different experience with iphone's but with Android they are still a bit too glichy. I think I will be returning them. The customer service is top notch though!
I am enjoying my Jabra hearing aids. I went to a restaurant yesterday and was so pleased to be able to hear everyone's conversation. I was tired of my family telling me I had hearing issues. My only issue is that the hearing aids tickle my ears which can be annoying, but that is improving.
Only had these hearing aids for a few weeks and they work pretty well. Only downside so far is they sometimes issue a high pitched squeal.
The staff at Jabra are fantastic. They really take care of any problems and answer any questions you may have.
5 stars. I am an experienced user (12 years with both in-ear and behind-the-ear devices). I watched the market for prices to fall below $1500. When they did, I started research to select a provider. I narrowed my search to 2, and contacted both using the internet. Within minutes, a well-informed, professional, no BS representative from Jabra called. The representative answered all my remaining questions and offered advice about what product appeared to be the best match. I ordered a pair of Enhance Select. I am a very impatient person. When my new devices did not arrive in 7 days, I contacted Jabra and again, got a well explained response from a real (charming) person. Since they arrived 30 days ago, I use my Jabras except when asleep. I use the All Around setting except when bicycling, when I swap to Outdoor. I am a fully satisfied customer. Nit to pick: the labeling on the envelopes of ear pieces is TOO SMALL.
Still getting used to them. Still difficult to understand speakers in church, and large hall. Volume is good but no clarity, still having trouble understanding speakers. Using the phone app, the music icon helps in this scenario.
