I have mixed feelings about my hearing aids. I believe that I will ultimately be successful in using them. On Thursday, August 27, at 1:00pm, I had an online video orientation with Audiologist Dr Kennedy. She was very helpful and answered my concerns. She ordered parts for my hearing aids which arrived in a few days. I easily installed them and they helped a great deal. Dr Kennedy and I have a follow-up online meeting on September 15 at 9:00am. In contrast to that experience, on Wednesday, September 9, I requested help from the online support site. It was a serious matter which prevents me from benefiting from my new hearing aids. In the five days since I sent that message, I have not had a response to that inquiry (support+app@jabraenhance.com).

Jabra is very good at improving my hearing experience under a variety of situations. Good communications from the company as well.

I can not really see/hear any difference. They are smaller, but for me the older ones were just fine for size.

Very happy with hearing aids

I’ve lost the high frequency range of my hearing. I use the Jabra Enhance 700 aids and the sound of little things you don’t realize are greatly improved.

My first hearing aids were Jabras so I cannot make a valid comparison to any others but I have been happy. Approaching 3 years I think they had served their time so I replaced with the newest technology. Setup was again easy and I am mostly happy. A couple of ‘improvements’ make me miss the way the old ones functioned but overall pleased.

These have been a great addition to my life, understanding conversations again. Less stress at work hearing customers and coworkers clearly.

Very accessible and responsive. An on line company that serves old people MUST be so. We’re generally not that good with computers!

These were my first hearing aid experience. I have mild to low moderate hearing loss. My husband has Jabra hearing aids and they have worked well for him so I gave these a try. They were easy to set up out of the box. It took a couple of days to get used to hearing this way, they seemed too loud so I was turning the volume way down which turned out not the way to handle it. I had my zoom consultation and the audiologist changed my settings and helped me measure for the tubes going into my ears. She sent me a longer version which solved the problem of the earpiece coming out. I have adjusted well to the new way of hearing. Now, when I remove them everything is muffled. I’m very satisfied with this product and would recommend them

Excellent service

Aids work excellent, better than my expensive ones I replaced. I really like the adjustability. The can be adjusted according to my surroundings. Sound quality is very sharp and clear. My wife has noticed a big difference.

keeps disconnectng from my iphone 13 pro, and making me log in again at very inconvenient times, including last night at dinner when lack of internet coverage prevented me from logging in and locked up App

The best part about Jabra Enhance revolves around the customer support provided. I'm always skeptical to purchase tech things on line but Jabra has made the process smooth and stress free.

Noticeably better speech discrimination and previously muffled sounds. Sounds are “tinny” when I use the hearing aids for my smart phone calls or streaming but easily correctable by switching to my earphones when I listen to podcasts etc. The support has been excellent, and I highly recommend for eligible individuals.

I got newer ones because I had my other ones up to 100 and was having a hard time hearing now I have these two new ones my left ear eye hear on about 70% but my rider has to be up to 100 and I’m still having a difficult time with the television
