Excellent. I am very satisfied with the entire experience with working with Jabra on my new hearing aids. They have delivered extremely well on all the promises made on the website. I have been using hearing aids for a few years and am very happy I used Jabra to replace my old hearing aids.

I love the comfort and ease of wearing the H.A.s. I am not comfortable with "computer stuff"" and rely on my husband to set up the program and help interpret directions. Being tied to my phone for yet another reason is an inconvenient fact of modern life.

I recently bought the Jabra Enhance Select 200 hearing aids and I have been blown away with the improvement in my hearing! I can now hear things that I haven’t heard in years, and I don’t have to continually say “what?” when talking to people. The app is very easy to use, and convenient when I want to make an adjustment. The support from Jabra has been amazing. Any questions I have had were answered during my online meeting with their advisor, and I can call any time if I have a problem (but I have not had any yet). This was the wisest purchase I have made in years, so I strongly recommend them if you are having trouble with your hearing.

My first set of hearing aids cost me $5,000 dollars and that was several years ago. The Jabra Enhance cost $2,000 and are worth every penny. At first I was reluctant to buy OTC hearing aids but after reading the Review in. Forbes magazine and the offer of a 100 day free trial I decided on the Jabra Enhance hearing aids. I also bought the device that hooks to the television because my wife complains that I always have the TV too loud. I am returning this device because the hearing aids work so well that it is not needed. The customer support from their team of audiologists is fantastic! I have had 2 adjustments made via a zoom call that greatly improved my hearing experience. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jabra Enhance and I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. You will be truly amazed.

Great engineering and packaging. Somewhat new to hearing aids I’m still in process of making minor final adjustments. Customer care seems excellent so far. I have no disappointments to date.

I put off needed hearing aids for years. Beceause of the cost. My insurance would cover part of the cost, but…to get what I wanted would still have cost me thousands. I called Jabra, and I am so happy I did. The sales rep I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable, with no pressure. He told me that Jabra wants customers to take the full 100 days of the free trial to make up their minds. I didn’t need that long. The company is very professional, customer-focused, and flexible. I got the level of hearing aid I had wanted at a fraction of the cost. They are easy to use and give me all the features I want and need. I highly recommend Jabra. Try them. You literally gave nothing to lose.

I am so excited with my Jabra Enhance Select 200 hearing aids with greatly improved hearing volume and clarity. It is not just Select 200 hearing aid but also the excellent audiology team and customer support. Initially, there were problems with the delivery and scheduling of orientation. These problems were effectively and promptly by Jabra's Travis Clark - kudos to Travis for getting the job done. And then it was Dr. Amy Stein, who taught me how to make my hearing aids work. At first, I was disappointed with my Jabra, but then Dr. Stein made some customized adjust ments based on my hearing tests plus a very helpful orientation to how to use my hearing aids - a roadmap to much improved hearing, all through zoom and followup emails with YouTube links. Thank you Jabra and Jabra team!

My experience with Jabre Enhance was great . The hearing aids where extremely easy to adjust to and was wearing them all day after just one half day . .Also my zoom meetings went extremely well with their Audiologist April . She was very knowledgeable and have some great advise . Would highly recommend the hearing and support people.

I had been using another brand of hearing aids for several years before ordering my Jabra Enhance hearing aids — Enhance Select 200 (Rechargable). I’d call my level of hearing loss moderate-to-severe. I’ve had my Jabras for about a month now. The whole experience has been very positive. The hearing aids work great. I love how they're integrated with the Jabra app. This gives me important control of how and what I’m hearing, and not hearing, in different environments and different situations. So when I’m listening to music, I can customize the balance of bass, midrange, and treble to what sounds best for me. And when I’m going for a walk with my wife on a windy day, I can use the Outdoor setting to screen out the sound of the wind (a big problem with my former hearing aids) and hear what the person next to me is saying. And I love the phone integration so that all my incoming and outgoing calls are automatically streamed directly to my hearing aids — which makes it effortless for me to use the phone. And the support has been terrific. Using the app, I can easily schedule calls, and text or email support questions, and order additional supplies. My orientation call with a Jabra hearing specialist was very helpful in getting started. I really like it that when I need help, I don’t have to make an appointment in advance and drive to an audiologist office; I can just set up an online meeting. And ordering additional equipment and supplies is very easy — the team is very responsive. Based on my own experience, I can strongly recommend Jabra Select to anyone with mild to moderate to severe hearing loss who wants good hearing aids that are easy to adjust to your own hearing situations, great online support that is always available, reasonable pricing, and supplies as needed. If you do not answer when they call there is a problem. I have called back, left messages and NEVER heard anything back.

I decided on these hearing aids because they are rechargeable. No fuss over tiny batteries. If you need hearing aids these are the ones! I have not been disappointed.

still learning how to adjust them

I tried a couple different inexpensive options. I read about these and with the 100 day trial, I had nothing to lose. BEST decision I’ve made. Was at the river the other day and I heard water running over the rocks & nature I didn’t realize I wasn’t hearing. Support and orientation zoom meeting is amazing & I use the APP on smart phone to adjust settings.

Great service, adjustments on the go, just perfect. Works great with the telephone and Spotify app.

I am having trouble getting comfortable wearing them. Adjustments seem to help the sound, but having them in my ears is not yet very comfortable…hoping to get there soon.
