I love all my other Sea Bags products but this one is a disappointment. Unlike the bucket bags I saw in the stores and the image on line that have bright white, dark black and clear blue colors, the product I ordered on line is dull, almost dingy cream,grey and a fairly insipid blue. I know sails vary in color and one should expect variation, but choosing this sail for an image that depicts snow (snow is white, not cream) was a big miss in my eyes. Rather than sparking joy like my other Sea Bags products, this one elicits only regret.

I've called and emailed numerous times to get instructions on how to return these items and can't get a return call/email. . . . . If anyone is reading these reviews please contact me with return instructions!!!!!

Four obvious stains on the bag, emailed customer service and called twice and left messages and still no response. Very disappointed.

My online ordering experience was simple. The pages were easy to navigate and checkout was straight forward. I was kept informed about the delivery date. And lastly, I love the product. The bag was well-constructed with a beautiful, colorful pattern that looked just as it did online. The prices are a bit steep for me but the sale price made it more affordable. I’d seen the bags in person before at a shop in Rockport, MA. , so I knew it was a made bag.

I asked you not to ship something that would arrive after a certain date and then you did exactly what I asked you not to do. Thanks for literally not listening to what I asked you to do. At all.
