Beautiful and functional products.

I bought 4 Christmas themed Sea Bags for Christmas presents this year, and they were absolutely adored by all who received them. My only regret is that I didn't get one for myself, and now they are all gone :(

The image for this puzzle captures so many of our favorite past times. It reminded us of family trip destinations on our bucket list from Ogunguit to Acadia. Most of all it was so engaging that it got my husband to put his phone down for hours over the course of several days, which made me want to break out in the Hallelujah chorus! Maybe you could develop a Sea Bags puzzle collection and market it as a sure fire way to help families ditch their phones and actually do something constructive together, not to mention the fact that solving puzzles is good for mental acuity! My order never shipped even though I was charged, and customer service hasn't emailed me back in over a week. My gifts ordered in November did not arrive in time for Christmas!

Very unhappy with how long it took to receive the bag. I ordered well in advance of Christmas to give to my sister who was visiting the week before Christmas. It didn’t arrive till late on Dec 23rd , if I had known shipping would take so long I would have changed the shipping to Florida. Now I have to pay to ship it to Florida.

Only complaint was that delivery was slow

The experience was good in terms of ease of ordering. I don’t like the cheap tags with the cheap stamp; the metal tags were a lot better. The bags themselves are not nearly as large as the ones that I bought at the store that used to exist in Carmel. The bags are well made and will last forever, but the yellow bag is ugly and the stamped tags are definitely a major downgrade. Was the company sold to private equity?
