Ordered Black Friday didn't arrive in San Diego until 12/23. Hoping she'd have it allot earlier to have as a decoration for the season. Seems like a very long time from order to delivery for a Christmas item.

I’m happy with the product quality and customer service. I know about customer service as the product took longer than 2 weeks to process and ship then indicated on the website. The internet is filled with poor shipping times, which I didn’t realize until ordered. I do think the product is expensive, but a sale or clearance price is what I think is more reasonable for a gift.

Sea Bags are a great gift. We appreciate the designs and the high quality construction. Great to repurpose sails in a unique way. We will continue to collect.

Shipping time was great, but it would have helped keep the surprise if you didn’t have your company name prominently displayed on the outer packaging.
