I purchased this in Rockland Maine. The store clerk was wonderful. I only rate this as a 4 instead of 5 because I had originally gone to the Belfast Maine location, as they had an advertisement for 20% off during the ice festival. When I arrived at the Belfast store, there was a sign on it that they would be closed until spring. So I was disappointed in the advertisement however, the service I received in Rockland and this product are absolutely fabulous and I would recommend it to anyone.
