Staff at J&H is always super helpful , Josh is a great guy and a big help as well… I drive specifically there anytime I need a new dark matter skinner rod, or reels and tackle! 45 min drive for me there and back everytime but it is worth every second. J&H just got me to buy not one, but 2 new reels when I didn't even realize I needed any new reels. It's so nice to order from them because whenever they advertise something I like, they have it in stock and ship it out quickly. The only negative thing I can say is that I really want one of their shirts, but they're not available in a size that'll fit a big fat guy like me.

There are plenty place to shop for tackle online, heck even amazon. J&H has great prices and fast shipping. I had a problem with my last order - they sent the wrong size. They asked me to send a picture to verify the issue (trust but verify - there are too many people now trying to beat the system) They immediately sent out the correct size and told me to keep what they sent. All I expected was for them to pay for return shipping.
