Perfect little all around knife for my needs

I ordered a new Daiwa BG3500 reel and it’s supposed to deliver within 4 to 5 days but never arrived after 10th or the 11th day I contacted customer service and told them the issue that USPS lost my package. They shipped out an other reel via FedEx and I got it in 3 days. thank you so much.
