I reflexively put name in the "ship to" box with my mom's address. The team caught it and called me to clarify my name being both with the (different) billing and shipping address, called me immediately, and fixed it in time to still get in the mail the day after I ordered it. It made it to my mom the day before her 75th birthday, and so far she can confirm the zucchini bread is excellent.
