Fantastic customer service! Accommodated last minute changes to a pet sympathy gift despite the order already having been prepared for shipping - SO grateful for the quick response and action from customer service, and the recipient was equally grateful for the lovely, thoughtful gift.

When my sister got her Colorado Hug bag full of organic goodies, which we sent for her 70th birthday, she cried with happiness.

Firstly the hamper itself was gorgeous and well put together. I did however send an email when I placed the order explaining how important this basket was and whether all items would fit in the basket I selected. Zero reply or acknowledgement which I found quite rude after I had spent $200 and for me the lack of customer service is why I wouldn’t order again.

I've purchased two gift baskets recently and the recipients have really loved all of the items. I especially appreciate the hand written note that is included with each of the gifts!

This was absolutely amazing! I was able to customize the whole experience. Best part was when she received the gift. She said it felt like receiving a warm hug. She especially loved the warmies slippers and the blanket.

SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO USE THE BEAUTIFUL BAG ALL SEASON LONG AND THE CANDLE WOULD BE PERFECT ON HER DESK IN HER OFFICE.
