Ordered a gift basket for a friend having surgery for breast cancer. It was somewhat last minute and I was afraid it wouldn't arrive on time so I called the customer service line before ordering. The person I talked to was great, the order did arrive in time, and I don't feel like I was gouged in order to make it happen. The best part: my friend LOVED the basket!
