Sean helped me out big time with this order! The mounts arrived from Fed Ex at his location and when he opened the box to add a shirt and some stickers (thanks again!) he noticed there was shipping damage. Sean immediately let me know with pictures and said he was prepared to send them back. After helping me figure out if the damage would be visible once installed, it was determined it would be very difficult to notice so I opted to keep them. After that, Sean HAND DELIVERED them to the park I was at with my kids an hour away!! If that's not service worthy of your business, I don't know what is!
