I was hesitant to order because it was my first time and I haven’t heard much about Italist before. I read TrustPilot reviews and went for it. I’m glad I did! My maxmara coat was 3 times the cost (and honestly it was the right price for it), shipping was super fast!

Improve delivery communication
I didnt like the delivery process. Tracking said it was delivered but really was delivered to us customs. That needs to be made clear. Outside of the communication with the delivery, the purchase price and product left me very pleased

Your return policy is terrible in my opinion. I only have 14 days. Plus I have to pay shipping and duty fees. I probably will not purchase from you again because of that.

It was a bit difficult to find my item in my size (Italist had two listings for the item, perhaps from different boutiques in Italy?) but once I did, everything was seamless. Shipping was lightning fast and the item is lovely. I will not hesitate to use Italist again and will recommend them to my friends.

Beautiful Shoes that were gorgeously packaged
The shoes arrived so quickly and in beautiful packaging. I was nervous about ordering from them, but it exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to wear my Manolos. Dust bags and everything normally expected were included.
