Nice sunglasses but disappointed with the case
I have two of the same Gucci sunglasses, each having a different but proper case. I have received these with a case that does not fit. It could actually fit two pairs, it was clearly meant for another oversize model and will not be able to carry it with me. Not appropriate.

Mostly my experience with them was good. There was a time when I received a damaged product, and after many back and forth emails they returned it and refunded me. Otherwise, all my other orders were good, well packaged, shipped quickly, and at good prices. I would recommend they add the ability to sort items based on percentage of discount or from highest to lowest discount level, as many times it is difficult to find the good deals, which is the main purpose of using an app like this rather than buying luxury items in store. Overall, I would recommend buying from Italist, just make sure whatever you order, you intend to keep. I never tried to return an order (other than the damaged item) because from other people's reviews, I read that it'd be costly.
