I have purchased many items from Italist, namely ladies and children wear. It’s a great site with reasonable prices as compared to buying in the stores in the U. S. Items usually arrive in about four days. Unfortunately, I have to return an item that doesn’t fit, I immediately sent two e-mails requesting instructions as the item I am to return is not listed on my account. I received a response saying to go to my account and clique on the item for the return. The item is not shown. I have sent several more e-mails but so ar, no response. My fear is that their stalling techniques is a way of them saying the item cannot be returned because the grace period has passed. I like buying from Italist; however, communication is difficult. Be careful with sizing when ordering. Customer pays for shipping and duty

All good, but, your return policy and it’s cost for it’s returned make your services of NO value especially considering the normal cost of the product. If something needs to be returned (especially for size) as mentioned, makes it of NO value. AJM

I returned this item, and I think it is a little crazy that I had to forfeit $40. 00 plus, for customs and shipping to return it to you. I think it would smart of you to offer a discount on a reselection or at least have better photos of how the product looks.
