Sorry. I ordered filters and the filters I received were not the filters I thought I was getting. I usually order from Berkey water filters and have had no problems. I will not be able to use these tiny filters for $47. 00. I usually receive larger filters for my system. I tried to resolve the situation. Thank you

Item arrived in great condition and packaged with care. Easy to install and set up. Washing the filters and rinsing then with 3 full tank fills was a little time consuming. Definitely have pitchers reserved to put the used water in to reuse the water for your garden or watering your plants. The water is clean tasting yet haven’t checked it’s alkaline levels yet.

Nice to have ease in ordering, delaying or expediting my continuous deliveries.

All went smoothly and well. I ordered the 100g pouch for the pitcher, opting for three month auto ship . . . we'll see how that works out.

Leaking all over counter - not a tight seal. Not sure if faulty but will be inquiring for a return / refund.
