Was out of stock when I needed it. Had to wait and keep using an old filter so I felt unprotected from those nasty chemicals in the tap water. Thanks for eventually righting the wrong though. Please make my next shipment on time. Thanks.

So assembled and followed the instructions meticulously. I tasted the water and it didn’t taste good. To make sure of this I took 3 identical glass bottles filled one with the filtered water from this device, then another bottle I filled with Voss water from a glass bottle and the third bottle I filled with purified boxed water. Each bottle had a sticker underneath identifying each water. i taste tested each water and was able to identify each one. The Voss water tasted delicious, the boxed purified water tasted decent and this filtered water I purchased did not help make the tap water taste good. The city tap water is Hobbs NM. I understand it passes rigorous testing but it is high in minerals which I don’t know if they are filtered. I may boil the water and let it cool before. Or maybe store it in a copper vessel for 24h. But at this point I feel that if I can taste the grossness of the water, then the filter must not be doing much. It may be that I can get rid of biological viral germs boiling it but the minerals and other chemicals imparting the gross flavor in the water are still there. So there you have it. That is my review. For me this was a waste of money given the geographic location of this water. In my primary residence where the water is softer maybe this filter would do better as the water there tastes better. But my issue is having access to plastic-less water and there are no nearby grocery stores that have those machines to fill glass bottles w alkaline water at my second home. I will therefore have to look at installing something in this second apartment I rent. And I don’t know if I can do that given that I’m renting. But if I’m paying 10 bucks a day for glass bottles water then I’m going to have to do it

Hi, I'm actually having some problems with this water. I have had it for several weeks but I am getting very tired from it. So, I had to take a break. I really want it to work because it is a good water. I had it long enough so I think I should have gotten used to it. Clion

It was great but notice my mouth gets dry all the time when I drink water not sure why ? Hmm it tastes good and clean

I love my new water dispenser but after nearly 2 weeks, I haven't gotten a reply to my request for help in getting a new spigot---mine leaks. USUALLY they're VERY RESPONSIVE. . . . but not this time. :-(
