With new packets even when following the soaking instructions the water will have a musty taste for a period of time. I have monitored the pH and though it keeps the pH above 7 the highest I have gotten is 8. 5.

I bought this water filter for myself about six years ago. I could not have had a better experience with it. It’s beautiful and I get compliments on it all the time, the water tastes fantastic, and the customer service is fantastic as well! I just this one for my boyfriend and he love his too!

Keep your good work

It leaks and I have not enjoyed it at all. I want to return it but cannot find a way to do so. It came in an Amazon box so I assume I ordered it on Amazon, but when I go to my Purchase History I do not see it and I’m unable to download load a return label. Please help me.
