I highly recommend Invigorated Water. All went well with delivery. I wanted a glass reservoir to filter our nasty city water. I can smell the chlorine so it must be nasty. I wanted to cancel one of my subscriptions but cannot find anywhere in the website to perform this task. I did a search and it only shows me the help article rather than identifying the precise steps to "Manage Subscriptions". This is the third problem that I have not been able to resolve on this website. I changed my password but within minutes of the change, it does not recognize my password even though I was very careful when I typed it in. Unfortunately, as typical with many sites, I could not find an option to display the password to confirm the accuracy. I also had issues on the website placing an order, with the site replying that my address is invalid, even though it is the same address I have used for 7+ years on other sites. I cannot manage my subscriptions, change my password, or even order a product without talking to someone, so I am done with this company. It is unfortunate as the products are excellent. I do not think it is me as I was a computer technical operator for 45 years before I retired.

I replace the filters about every three months as recommended, and the water consistently tastes clean, smooth, and fresh. Over the years, I’ve purchased additional replacement filters in advance, so I always have them on hand. The filtration process has been reliable and consistent. There have never been any structural failures or functional breakdowns that interfered with the filtration itself. Now, here’s where this company truly separates itself from many others. Over time — and I’m talking after years of ownership, well beyond any standard warranty period — I experienced a few minor issues. Nothing that made the system unusable. Nothing that compromised filtration. Just small wear-and-tear items that can naturally happen with any product over time. Most recently, after a little over a year of use on my current unit, the bamboo lid developed a slight warp. It did not affect performance in any way. The system was still fully functional. I simply reached out to customer service to ask whether they had ever seen that issue before and whether the lid material had been updated. I honestly expected either an explanation or perhaps the option to purchase a replacement lid. Instead, without hesitation, they informed me they would be sending me a brand-new filtration system.
