I used this for the first time today and it stopped working after only spraying 1/2 gallon of chemicals . Can’t get customer service. So dissatisfied with the Invatech model 868. It is junk. The clamp on the hose inside keeps popping off. Looks like it was poorly assembled. Look how the chemical tank is leaning way down to the ground, also notice how the hose in the pic on the side is in a bind. Complete garbage

Easy to assemble and creates nice aerosolized droplets on setting I use to spray for mosquitos, white fly and mole crickets which are heavily infested here in Southwest Florida

Shipping was on time, assembly was straightforward, results were amazing! I own 2. 5 acres so I have a lot of land to cover, and the fogger took care of it with just one refill because of its large reservoir. I should have purchased this years ago!

Support answered my email within 24 hours and were able to get the part to me very quickly. Great experience and exceeded expectation. I ordered a lid for the 870 fogger and it was a quick fix. No leaks, so I’m not sure what previous reviews are referring too.

I used the fogger four times, and then the fifth time after running a while it stalled ,and would not start up again. I contacted customer service, and was offered a trigger part which I will have to pay $25. 00 to ship and fix it myself??? even though the machine is still under warranty. Why would I want to spend another $25. 00 and try to fix it myself …absurd.

Great Replacement!

Purchased an Invatech Itatlia 670 backpack sprayer from Amazon a year and a half ago. Product worked great and then this year the turbo pump stopped working. I sent several emails and messages to the company and all they did was send a web link on where to purchase a replacement pump. I did telephone the company and left my name and phone number and they have not returned my phone call. Product is still under their 3 year warranty.

Have not used the product yet due to environmental conditions. Hopefully can use in the next few days.

Really nice fogger, easy to assemble, works very well! I would buy again! Telephone support is a little slow returning calls but they do call.

Replacement parts were easy to find and shipped quickly.

This seems to be a nice machine, but is quite bulky... I would have liked a smaller machine with the same power but could use a smaller tank due to the fact that its too heavy to use when tank is full. { there has to be a better way } I do appreciate the handle on top to help out putting it on.This machine really doesn't spray well up into rafters without dropping the nozzle down to refill the liquid in the line, you would think it would continue to pump spray no matter what position the nozzle is in...but all in all it works well enough that I will keep this machine .
