I would have given 5 stars but I found the users manual to be of little help. In addition there are way too many straps. Other than that it's a great machine but just be prepared to learn as you go.

My invatechItalia 868 blower/sprayer was leaking after several years of moderate use. I sent pictures and I spoke with their customer service to explain where the leak was coming from. They advised what replacement part should fix the leak. I purchased the part at a reasonable price and they shipped it quickly. The leak stopped and the unit is as good as new.
