Couch is nice. Shipping is horrible. The seller really should do its best to keep the packages under the same shipping label. After three weeks, I’ve gotten parts of the couch but the entire set. Hoping thr seller resolves this quickly as my family would like to enjoy our living space.

This couch is so comfortable and cozy! I love that if I remove the back cushions, my partner and I can lie side by side. If you remove the cushion on the ottoman, it can double as a tabletop! The linen-like feel of the cover is a bit firm, but overtime will soften. I appreciate the high quality of the fabric. Super easy to assemble, as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Was Great

The sofa looks nice but the bottom cushions are really uncomfortable! The sofa is about a month old and the cushion is so hard I have to put a folded blanket and pillow under me. FYI, I’m a small person so it’s not a matter of size.

Great service. It just seems like an awful lot of effort goes into my selection, ordering, packaging, shipping. . . just to receive a tiny swatch. They are as small as they could possibly be. I just don't understand why. If needed, charge a few cents more. This reeks of cutting corners and has caused me to reconsider my order.
