Shipping did take about a month, however customer service was very responsive along the way and even offered a slight refund or online credit. Overall, I had a positive experience and I’m happy with my sofa.

Great couch

I loved the shape. It could have been more cushioned but it’s still comfortable

Easy to put together and beautiful fabric. Only downside is I wish the cushions were more pillowy and I wish the couch had more depth. I feel like I’m sitting close to the edge when I sit down with not as much support. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

For the $$$ I'm a little disappointed. The assembly was easy enough (heavy but not hard to do) and the color is perfect! The issues are the covers/sleeves that go over the base pieces keep sliding up and I have to keep pulling them down. The cushions look fluffy, but don't feel fluffy when I sit on them. I waited the recommended 48 hours before handling them after taking them out of the packaging, but as much as I have tried, I cant seem to get them fluffy enough to be really comfortable. The packaging on the inside crinkles when I sit on it. Sounds like less that 4 stars, but I love the color so much and the way it fits in my living room, so I will leave it at 4 stars, but for the $$$ I'm pretty disappointed.

I requested two different colors for my couch and ottoman. Customer service was quick to get back with me and totally fine with accommodating this request. They even checked in and responded during off hours. Great customer service experience.

I’d love to say it’s comfortable but it hasn’t arrived. Been 3 weeks since I ordered it - just for a FedEx text today saying it should be here by Dec 22nd.

The couch is pretty cool except the corner pieces. It’s like they didn’t fully expand and sit lower and are saggy. I reached out to the company to rectify the situation, so I I’m waiting. The shipping was fast. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
