We're delighted with the unit's beautiful and elegant design; it's a perfect fit for our home. To make it even better, we recommend two key enhancements. First, adding pre-drilled cable management holes to the back panel would greatly improve functionality for integrating game consoles or network devices. Second, offering optional plate dividers would allow for more efficient and customized use of the internal space. The last thing I would complain about is interstate shipping being too expensive.

Staff are very helpful. Although I raised to warranty claims and still waiting to hear back.
