Collection was clear and easy & prices were really reasonable for what I got!

2 of the 4 stools arrived damaged however the after sale service was great and the replacement stools received.

I'm very happy with my new entertainment unit. Matches my Tasmanian oak floor and surrounding furniture,as well as room colour scheme. Just the right size for my 65" LG oled tv. Looks good and feels good to the touch. Plenty of storage room for media players and accessories.

The stools are great - well designed, comfortable and fit neatly into our kitchen island.

have had terrible experience with interior secrets. still haven't received item. delivery tracking said it was 10 mins away so I was walking home and was going to be there for when the tracking said it would arrive, when I got a call saying they were there but couldn't get the truck down my street. they asked me to ask for re delivery with smaller truck. when I explained my situation, Helen said that the driver said I was not home and that was the reason it was cancelled. she did not acknowledge my truth and said I would have to pay to have it redelivered. what happened to Customer service? still havent received refund I have asked for or my items.

I’m not completely satisfied with the products, as I’ve noticed a few defects

I have contacted your company to say one of the cupboards is not sitting properly and is not adjusting to the correct position. I rang your office a few weeks ago because I hadn’t heard anything, which I still haven’t and I was assured it was in your system and being attended to but no one from customer service has reached out to me. It is the worst customer service experience I have had with any company.

Even though I had to pay for the item in full back in November, I have now been told that the item will not be available until the end of January 2026 instead of early December. Therefore I cannot review this item, because even though you say it has been delivered it actually hasn’t!

Absolutely beautiful table. Very heavy so you need two people to assembly it. Woodgrain feature makes it look very expensive, and the quality of the table is very good. I highly recommend this table if you are looking for a statement piece in a dining table. I matched it with 4 light grey fabric chairs with black legs.
