Shipping was fast. Product selection is difficult, though. The lip balm I ordered smells awful. Of the three samples I ordered, two formulas didn't work. One formula worked, but it was the wrong color. I didn't end up with anything that I can use; and I have no idea what color I would order of the one item that has a good formula. It's not really the store's fault, but online ordering isn't working for me with this company. Stores that offer sample cards (with a large number of shades) or more extensive sample kits (that came at a price, but also include a credit on the first order) work better for me.
