Terri and Marc have created the most amazing level of customer service that I have ever experienced! Terri goes above and beyond over & over - even through the stress of the pandemic, she never stopped offering ideas and help and extra samples and suggestions to care for both myself and my teenage daughter. I have been a very very grateful customer of Integrity Botanical's since the summer of 2014. I can't live without them! I love going on the website so much -Terri's background in design is very evident in the beautiful look of the website and their packaging touches with the printed tissue paper and the cohesive elegant feel of everything. Bravo Terri! And Marc does a fantastic job of filling in for Terri's hand written thank you notes whenever she is busy doing other important things. The hand written notes from Terri just exemplify the caring attitude that everyone at IB has about how much the customers mean to them. And each box is packed with such care! I still can't get over how fast they get to me in California - 2 days no matter when I order!!! I can't say enough about the kindness and high quality that is put into curating this incredible shopping experience!

I hope they continue to expand their selection because occasionally I'm forced to shop elsewhere if I can't find a specific item I'm looking for (usually a makeup item).
