Dear Innoxa customer service, I've got no complaints, the customer service is excellent, so was the delivery, I'm just disappointed you discontinued most of your make up. Plus the deodorant Free & Easy. I'm not interested in the new products. I also loved the face compact powder. I had been using them since ai was seventeen years ago. I worked in a pharmacy. I also went to one of your beauty classes one received a certificate. . I think I still have it somewhere.

Excellent product

Although I have on record to deliver my order to my place of residence, it was delivered to the local post office. If the delivery man tried to deliver it to my place of residence and I wasn't home there was no record left in my letter box that they had endeavoured to deliver the order to my street address. I went into the tracking record and found that indeed it was at the post office.

Hello, I love your products. In my recent order 2 of the thirsty serum bottles were damaged. One didn't have a pump on it so it was leaking and the other one was not on firmly so that leaked as well.
