The product was exactly as ordered so problems there however I was charged delivery (as was stated) but I was surprised as none of my previous orders had a delivery charge. My parcel was delivered to my local post office and not my house. This again, differed from previous Innoxa orders as they have always been delivered to my home address. Regards Josephine Houlihan

I was disappointed with my lipliner colour, as I love bold colours and this is a very washed pink. Do you have bold colours?

The wax lip liner is really great though the colour is washed out. I do like bright & vivid. So I need a red or bright orange.

Very disappointed in stock levels. Every time I look at the website, many products are out of stock - this happens frequently, not occasionally. Have been wearing Innoxa exclusively for over 35 years, but over the last 12 - 18 months it has become harder and harder to buy what I need.
