Of the 4 items I received (eyebrow pencil, lipstick, eyeshadow and kohl pencil) 3 were good but unfortunately, the grey kohl pencil was not. I had to press so hard, and go over and over it, to make a line along my lid that it was actually painful, and even then, the line was barely visible. (I ordered 2 kohl pencils so I tried the second one but it was the same. ) I normally use L'Oreal Paradise Kohl pencil which is very soft and works well so I'll be continuing to use that one in future.

Online store makes it clear, and simple process to purchase Innoxa products. Would be great if delivery to NZ could be added in the future.

I am still not happy that I cannot buy my products in store. I don't like ordering on line. More often than not, when I look at ordering, my products or colours are not available. Both times I have ordered on line, I have not received any tracking advise and I have to follow up. I have used innoxa since I was 16 years old and I am now coming up 54. I love the product still, just not it's lack of availability.

Service was great. Would not hesitate to use again.
