The 4 pack Toner Cartridges were easy to order and I received the HP210A in a timely manner.

I have only used one cartridge at this time but it is working fine with the Canon printer.

Rating is for InkHero - not the actual product (which didn't fit my printer, so I'm returning it). Hoping I can change this rating for InkHero customer service at some point, but for now, I'm not especially happy with InkHero and it's unlikely that I'd recommend them to anyone. . . . I'm trying to return an order of toner that arrived last week. I've reached out 3 times so far (via email x2 and left 1 voicemail when "nobody was available to take my call. ") for information on returning an order. I have yet to hear back regarding where to return it to, and what needs to be included in the return (ie: reference number, etc. ). It's all packed up in the original packaging.

I am very disappointed because I called you several times and I couldn’t get through. I left voicemail messages and they were ignored. I really need the ink and it was never delivered. You sent it to Camp Hill, PA which makes no sense to me. UPS opened an investigation but despite the passage of time they told me nothing. My number is (202) 460-7269. I hope to hear from someone.

Printer tells you that the cartridge isn't OEM but doesn't cause the printer to not work. So far so good.

The printer tells you that the cartridges are not OEM but the printer still works normally. So far so good.

Just received my ink and so far very pleased with the quality of printing.

Just received the ink pk. insrted yellow cartridge . Printed a couple of pictures in color the looked nice

So far, so good! The printer accepted the toner with no problems. Good price. Print outs look good!

So, the actual page and toner that was listed on the web site were the numbers I needed, however, per this review the numbers are not the same and that corrispondes with the printer not working. These web companies need a person to answer a phone period this BS with no phone calls only email is horrible service
