Product was okay but after I paid with my credit card on-line all I received in the way of a receipt was a document showing my payment and the words "support Ink Hero. " I repeatedly requested a receipt that showed the item I purchased, the toner for my Brother printer, and got no response. This caused a great deal of confusion resulting in technical support people I know saying my purchase was very likely a fraud scam. I tried to cancel and purchased another toner unit from Amazon. Now I have two. Please use the common sense to know people want a receipt for a purchase to show the specific item details as well as the cost so the purchaser can confirm and know you are legitimate. Dennis Brown

From the way it's packaged to the installation of the chip, wherever you look you see quality. I haven't printed too many pages yet but installing was effortless and it worked immediately. I didn't have to go through any menus and put up with any error messages. It just worked and it gives me content feedback. Now I'm hoping the page count will accurate, but I feel like it will be. I've tried several 6 or 7 brands now and this has been the best so far!

Actually I ordered wrong toner and company was most gracious to replace with correct toner at no additional cost!!
