As a first time customer, I ordered their HP ink online. Their pricing seemed very reasonable, so naturally I was a little apprehensive as to the quality. But after receiving the order and using the cartridges for a couple of weeks now, I am pretty impressed. Their shipping process was on time as promised, and the products have been working well since day one. Time will tell how these cartridges perform, but I am impressed so far. Thanks folks!

I thought I had a problem with the expiration dates on my ink and reached out to customer service. They responded immediately, and very kindly helped me see that what I thought was a 2025 expiration date was a 2026 date! I was very embarrassed, but they were so kind and understanding. The inks I received are genuine HP ink cartridges with great expiration dates. I am very pleased!

Ink genie beat all my expectations for price, shipping speed and quality. The toner cartridges were brand new and unopened! I definitely will be a return customer in the future.

First time ordering the 12A toner cartridge from here but was happy I did. It didn't have a manufacturer box but arrived without damage and cartridge now in use. Price savings were worth it for sure.
