This was my first purchase
This was my first purchase from Ink Genie. The shipping was very slow. Once the cartridges arrived and were all installed, the magenta would not print. After jumping through all of their hoops to check my printer, I gave up and purchased a magenta cartridge from another source. My color prints are now correct.

While the price was great,
While the price was great, and shipping was fast, the manufacture date on the toner I received was 10-years old (2015-0806). That concerns me as it may not last as long given its age.

Yellow cartridge was fine but
Yellow cartridge was fine but magenta cartridge was defective that you sent Cost $160 to have hp repairman to figure out it wasn’t dispensing ink.

At least 2 of the
At least 2 of the 4 cartridges are in previously opened boxes. None of the cartridges are in the protective bubble wrap that these cartridges come in. I suspect these are refills. I will not put these in my printer and will purchase from a office supply store. Not such a good value after all
