My experiences with ingoood have been excellent. The puzzles arrive in a timely manner and if there are any questions or problems, the staff is courteous and very helpful.

Shipping was fast and packaging was good

The shipping usually takes about 30 days to the US. I love these puzzles so much it's worth the wait but I do wish they had a distribution here in the US where it was quicker delivery time

The fourteen day shipping took almost two months after paying a hefty shipping fee
