I love this puzzle. It is pretty enough to frame. Fast shipping too.

Puzzle took about 6 weeks to arrive and it was horrible. Blurry and the characters were morphed into each other. It went in the garbage.

I ordered a my first puzzle which came in a smashed box. It was replaced but took a really long time. I promised the customer service person that if it was replaced I would place a second order. I kept my promise but that order was placed on approximately July 23rd and I still don't have it.

Ingooood puzzles are beautiful! My entire garage is covered in them, so when people walk by and see them when the door is up, they are in awe! I do not buy from any other company. The Butterfly and the Tiger took up the last space I had, so now I’m thinking about using my classroom (college) for future puzzles. I also have several videos on TikTok (using #ingooood) showing my puzzling process. It’s become quite a hobby 🧩🥰🧩.

Shipping needs more work. Never anyone to talk to. Prices seem high for shipping

Poor customer service response to concerns about poor quality pictures. No response to photos sent. I likely won't purchase again despite the quality of piece materials.
