The key didn't work - but they pay for 5 Stars
My key didn't work, but they quickly gave me a refund. So that's nice I guess. Today I received an email inviting me to review and they would pay a $25 Visa Gift Card or Store Credit. Can't trust anyone's reviews these days. Including this one.

Ordered and charged my card but no product key
Placed an order. Still waiting for my product key. Its been more than an hour. Tried to call the 7/24 support numbers, but says they are closed. Tried the chat session but they closed the chat session out with no resolution. My card has been charged. Cannot find a way to talk to to someone. As far as the site I cannot change my shipping address to make it different than my biliing. Cannot even get a copy of my chat session.
