Purchased office 2019 and installed it. It worked good. Unfortunately the computer I installed it on died. I attempted to install it on a new computer but could not. Spoke with a rep from softwaremax and was told that it can't be installed an a different computer and I would have to purchase it again.

Response Time Unacceptable
Verify my payment for 30 minutes? It was showing up as pending on my card after two minutes. Still waiting to receive my purchased product. And that live chat button that pops up over and over, don't bother. No response there either. Now to see what it's going to take to get a refund because this clearly not a company I should be doing business with.
