I tried to buy Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 - Full Version from the site and received an email stating they were out of stock. This is digital download so I do not understand how they could be out of stock. I tried to call the support line and the abruptly said they refunded the purchase and hung up. I then tried to chat with the Live Chat and they never answered. They just disconnected the chat. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this site.
