Highland Fling-On. Easy to fling
Highland Fling-On. Easy to fling on (Highland Ruana Wallace) yet still dressy and warm and covers a multitude of bumps. My only issue is I’m not kept up to date with waiting time for orders. . but so far everything is worth the wait.

I waited 5 months for
I waited 5 months for 2 of my orders to be delivered. I’m still waiting for the item ordered in November. Not impressed! The items that I have received however have been lovely.

It took an insanely long
It took an insanely long time to get the item but I'm glad to see those lead times have decreased considerably since I made the first order and I knew how long it would be when ordering so I haven't dropped any stars due to that. Besides that, the item was beautiful, worth the wait, I'm very happy with it. Thanks very much!

I love my oversized scarf,
I love my oversized scarf, it's so warm but lightweight. The quality is great and I'm so pleased that it is totally produced in Scotland.

If I could leave zero
If I could leave zero stars I would. Having ordered samples of the Breast Cancer Tartan on 12 October '24 I was told my fabric samples would be with me by the end of Feb '25. That date came & went, so I emailed CS asking for an update. Didn't hear a thing back. Lasr week I received an email to let me know that the 3 samples I'd purchased were finally on their way. Well, it's now Sat 5 April '25, nothing has shown up & the tracking link doesn't work . I've just sent them a :woman-shrugging: email - so I'll see what they come back with; but at this stage I couldn't recommend buying fabric from them. I'll update if this changes.

Worth waiting for my lovely pink wrap. I knew there would be a delay due to special weaving of this colour. Was kept informed throughout. Since receiving this I have been in touch with your lovely customer service people to see if another order could be made at the reduced price and they are going to let me know. Very cheeky on. my part but they were very helpful.

I love Scottish culture, history and admire the Scottish national costume. That's why I bought a wonderful tie with a unique tartan in the colors of the Ukrainian flag💙💛 I was satisfied with the purchase and the service. Perhaps I will buy something else from Great Scot.

Awful Customer Service
Order 2# items, and 5 months later still not received my order. Only response i had to my emails asking about updates on my order was will check and get back to you. However they never check and certainly do not get back to me, not had one follow up as to why order is taking so long.

Very disappointing experience. First the
Very disappointing experience. First the wrong item was sent to me that I had to return at my postage expense for later reimbursement that took over a month. Then the correct item was allegedly sent but had not been properly labelled (they said) so didn’t get to me. I was promised one by post. This didn’t turn up. I was sent the tracking (of the originally wrong item) to prove it had. They then decided it had been lost by the post office. I was promised it would be sent the very next day. This was on a Wednesday. It was actually tracked as being ready for despatch on the following Monday evening and arrived with me on the following Friday. Customer service did deal with me politely and follow up on all my contacts - but clearly that was where it ended. Despatch didn’t get anything right multiple times, and no one checked. I have my item now and feel underwhelmed. Perhaps because I am just so fed up by how much I had to do to get an item I ordered ,and paid in full for, in late December, and it arrived on the 7th March after so much effort on my part. You might think there would have been a not of apology - no - no acknowledgement of how let down I have been as a customer.
