Whilst the product when it finally arrives is LOVELY the lack of updates is very unprofessional and the product was delivered 4 months after it was scheduled - 6 months after ordering

I was so pleasantly surprised that my order shipped very quickly. I had no issues getting it within two weeks! The colors are vibrant and represent the breast cancer fight well. Unfortunately, the material is thin and I have much better quality Scottish pieces. I'll still wear this with pride as a survivor.

I am glad I waited for my poncho absolutely beautiful it makes you feel at home from the other side of the world. The weaving and quality outstanding

Still awaiting a scarf ordered three weeks ago, wasnt listed as Pre Order and no update or sign of update, three emails now sent and yet to receive a reply. AWESOME!!!

The Breast Cancer Awareness Scarf was a gift to my Dr. Sister. She is health forward, a triathelon runner and a supporter for many many people. She love it, the story, packaging, everything. PS: our grandparents are from Scotland so we are extra proud.

I purchased jewellery which wasn't very good at all. I was so disappointed. It was cheap looking, plasticy and very light and small. As I had to return it and pay the postage which because it was going back to Scotland it was more than twice as much it would have been if it had been going to address in England. The customer service however has been very good.

Having ordered a large scarf la on 1st December as a Christmas gift, I queried about my order, only to be told it was a special order and would take time. This was never explained and you did acknowledge that you could have been clearer when I ordered. I followed this up every so many weeks, and to be told that some people from Great Scot were visiting some mills to get an update and they would let me know. I was never told and this happened each time I made an enquiry about my order. After several weeks and making contact I was then informed that my scarf had actually been sent in February and gave me a tracking number for Royal Mail, and they assumed I had not received it, since I was querying it. There was never any information given by Royal Mail and I did not receive a message to tell me I should be expecting my order. I was then informed that the tartan I had ordered was no longer available, and they would let me have a list of tartans to choose another, which I did. To add insult to injury I then received a message to tell me my orders on the way. It was the actual order I had placed and the tartan I had originally ordered that was sent to me, They didn’t even take care when sending the replacement. I had also ordered a breast cancer pin, and I didn’t even receive that. I was going to complain to a higher level, but if the staff can’t be bothered, it’s obvious the post the top don’t care either. The service was great and I was delighted with the design and quality of the beautiful pendant I purchased.

If this were simply about the quality of the product, there would be five stars. But having ordered and paid for the main item in my order, and then delivery being put back and put back until it finally arrived seven months after I ordered it (by which time birthday/Xmas/New Year and winter - when it would be worn - had all passed), there would be zero stars for service. In the circumstances, two stars is generous.
