Overall, I’m really happy with Ineshi’s service. I ordered around Christmas, so shipping took a little longer than usual, which is understandable for that busy time of year. The fabric samples themselves were perfect — great size, excellent quality, and made choosing my bed fabric so easy. The process was simple and smooth, and I’ll definitely order from them again.

The actual bedframe I ordered is stunning and was easy to assemble. Would be 5 starts however there was some damage to the bedframe from the shipping process - fortunately Ineshi were very supportive and quickly arranged a partial refund to cover the damage so that was fantastic customer service.

A beautifully and meticulously crafted bed of solid timber. The minimal aesthetic foregrounds the quality of the timber. It was a joy to assemble, the interlocking parts made it very easy to slot together. Each piece was of a weight and size that was easy to walk up 2 flights of stairs.
