Furniture was well packed for delivery. Would be good to know ahead of time that there are multiple boxes that may not be delivered together, to ease any concerns about tracking and delivery.

I had few hiccups with my order (I received a defective part and was unable to assemble the “no tool bed” then, the replacement part didn’t arrive due to shipping provider inefficiencies…) But the Ineshi support team was fantastic and shipped another part via Auspost so in all, I am happy to still give it a 5 stars review despite the pain as Ineshi’s support was appropriate and the bed is gorgeous!

Great little unit, does its job

This bed was easy to unpack and assemble. It fit together nicely. It is a nice style and the colour is appealing. It looses one star because I feel the back board could use an extra support in the centre if you wish to lean against it.

Fast customer service and I’d like to mention the amazing social media presence. I was able to see the bed in so many videos and felt it was perfect before it even came.

This bedframe is ADORABLE!! It fits so well in our new home, and is exactly what I was after. The material is simply divine and so soft. As someone who has trouble with basic builds, this bed was really simple to put together (especially after a long day of moving in). Thanks Ineshi for making my move easy :)

Shipping was speedy and arrived well packed

Appears sturdy, arrived promptly, looks fab. I wish the redhead had some function to secure it to the frame. While I think the price is a bit much for foam and steel, I made this decision knowingly and the bed looks great.
