Received my order in specified time. First and foremost , the ingredients I love. All natural!! Soap lather is fantastic, lotion very nourishing to my skin and body. Since we absorb in what we put on. And the scent! Love! Frankincense and myrrh. Thank you for a product I trust using. ❤️

I have not had to deal w/ customer service so that is a sign that every order, and delivery, has occurred without any issues. I really love these products. Overall the quality is exceptional. I like to think product / packaging is all eco friendly. Purchases: soap, oil, laundry detergent, hand/body lotion and lip balm.

Zum soap is the best way to clean your Hands . The sents are great .

Shipped fast and love the free samples. It would be nice if I knew what the free samples were in case I would want to order that scent. Just an idea.

Service has been good , would like to see a lower shipping fee though .

Delivery was quick and order was filled out just as I had placed it. My only negative comment would be be that one needs to buy $50 worth of products in order to get free shipping.
